As a person, I consider myself a positive person, and a quick learner. I feel very comfortable adapting to new environments. I loved to play table tennis, soccer, and volleyball.

  • Designed and developed a Point-of-Sale system where a user could keep track of inventory in their stock, and see the daily reports of the sales and profit as a solo developer
  • Used Spring boot for the backend, SQL for the database and React.js, Tailwind, Typescript for the frontend
  • Developed a checkout page and the payment system where the customer can pay using cash or the QR code.
  • Deployed the application on AWS and established continuous Integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines from the GitHub

  • Developed a phone book app that allows users to search, add and edit contact information of their friends and families
  • Developed the backend using Node.js, Express.js and maintained 15+ REST APIs to serve data to the front-end application in JSON format; developed the frontend using React.js
  • Adopted MongoDB for data storage, designed 5 different schemas, and implemented data access service to Create, Read, Update and Delete data (CRUD)
  • Collaborated with a group of 3 and improved UI designs and bug fixes to enhance the overall productivity of the application

  • Designed a smart home app where a user could control/simulate the functionalities of the house that includes turning on/off the lights and doors
  • Estimated the family expenses and was able to decrease their yearly expenses by 11% based on the generated historical data
  • Implemented the Node.js environment running on an Express.js server and PostgreSQL for the database
  • Collaborated with 6 undergraduates and practiced Agile Project Management approach to organize and manage the project

Ranch Management Software

  • Developed a drone enhanced ranch management software that could scan the farm, locate the livestock, and monitor feeding and watering systems
  • Improved production capabilities by 9% using the drone to monitor the livestock
  • Developed the software using JavaFx, Scene Builder, and different design patterns like Composite, Visitor, Singleton and Adapter
  • Collaborated with 4 undergraduates and a client (Mary’s Hobby Farm) to gather and refine software requirements
